We build on plain, well-understood web technology and avoid frameworks that will need a specialist to maintain in three years.

The small, sharp tools that save a team hours every week. Calculators, checklists, trackers, converters, and one-screen dashboards that answer the question people keep asking.

These are usually days of work, not months. They are built fast, documented properly, and easy to hand to whoever comes next.

What you get

• A single-purpose tool that does its one job without ceremony
• Runs in the browser, often with no server at all
• A one-page guide a new hire can follow
• A copy you can keep on a shared drive as a fallback

Good fit when

• The fix is obvious but nobody has time to build it properly
• The same manual step happens every day, week, or study
• You want to try something before committing to a larger system

Data formatting and reporting

Tools that take the data you already have and produce the exact layout a regulator, a partner, or another system requires. We read the specification, encode the rules, and add the checks that catch the mistakes a person would miss at the end of a long day.

Our recent work includes an FDA submission formatter for a pharmaceutical lab that runs entirely in the browser and never uploads a file. Read the case.

• Validation that names the row and the reason when something is wrong
• An offline option when the data cannot leave your building

Technical consultation

Planning, review, and a second opinion before you commit. We help you decide whether to buy, build, or wait, and we write down the reasoning so the decision holds up when someone asks about it a year from now.

Consultation is billed by the hour and can stand alone. Many clients start here and go on to a build only when the plan says it is worth it.

What you get

• A plain-language memo with options, costs, and a recommendation
• Review of vendor proposals and contracts from your side of the table
• Architecture and security review of software you already run
• Help writing a scope other builders can quote against

• You have a vendor quote in hand and want someone independent to read it
